| Recruitment process | Our Human Resources Department uses two steps of selection:
1. Interviews A recruitment specialist and the relevant Department or Division representatives arrange interviews with potential candidates. The HR representative assesses the general matching of candidates with company’s and position’s requirements. The Department and Division representatives assess the matching of the candidates with the relevant technical position requirements and other requirements of the respective business unit.
2. Testing The senior staff of the respective Division and Department of the position: Determines the nature of testing (written, demo, etc). Prepare the content / format of the test. Coordinate with the Recruitment Specialist for the administration of the test. Assign a person who will grade the tests.
