AMC international roaming service offers you the possibility to use your mobile phone in an easy and convenient way even when traveling abroad. It helps you stay in touch with home while you travel abroad providing the possibility to make and receive calls as well as send and receive SMS.

Helpful tips when roaming:
When you roam in AMC partner countries in most of the cases you are instructed by a short written message (SMS) on how to use the service in a better way.

When you are located in a foreign country switch on and off your mobile to make sure that roaming service is activated.

The moment you switch on your mobile the selection of the required operator is done automatically. If no, the manual selection should be made through the menu of your handset.

When you call numbers in Albania, please make sure to write the country code.

Note:
When traveling in boundary or coastal areas, it may happen that your mobile unintentionally switches to Roaming mode, thus you will be improperly using the international GSM network instead of AMC.
We remind you to manually select the AMC network in your handset's menu. Just enter your phone Menu and in the Network selection submenu, Manually choose AMC.
