Know who called you when your mobile phone was turned off

Have you ever wondered who tried to call you while your mobile phone was turned off?
Or when you were out of network coverage, for example while abroad?
With Missed call notification, you will now be informed of all calls that were previously unknown to you.

What is Missed Call Notification?
Missed call notification is an SMS notification informing you of the telephone number, date, time and number of times a caller has tried to reach you.
This SMS will remain valid for up to 2 days following the last call attempt.

How much does it cost?
Missed call notification is free-of-charge.

How to subscribe?

Using the following codes:
The code is ** 62 *+3556877 66666666 # and call button.
Deactivation code is ## 62 # and call button.
Control state code is *# 62 # and call button.

On the handset menu:
Select “divert” – “when not reachable” or “out of reach” +355687766666666


You receive a Missed Call Notification when:
When your mobile phone is turned off, or you have no network coverage by AMC or an international roaming partner.
When your mobile phone is turned off and no message has been left on your AMC Voice Mail Box.

You will not receive a Missed Call Notification when:
If you mobile phone is on (you will be notified via your mobile phone)
If the caller has left a message on your Voice Mail Box

You can deactivate or modify Missed Call Notification by calling our Customer Care on 144 or 139.
